Big news out of Philadelphia today. New Liberty Distilling is now working with Quaker City Mercantile, the agency that has repeatedly struck spirits gold with branding work for Hendrick’s Gin, Sailor Jerry Rum and Art in the Age spirits.
If you’ve been following Robert Cassell’s New Liberty Distilling, you’ve seen the results of the branding work on New Liberty’s Social Media channels. The look is very much in keeping with QCM’s other work.
The agency’s fingerprints are also visible in the release of New Liberty’s Pennsylvania Dutch Malt Whiskey which is just about to be released. The whiskey which is made with 100% Pennsylvania grown malted barley will be $50 per bottle.
The whiskey will be launched across the mid-Atlantic with distribution in Pennsylvania, Maryland and Washington D.C.
According to Shanken News Daily, Quaker City CEO Steven Grasse (who also owns his own distillery in New Hampshire) will also be rebranding Kinsey Whiskey in the next few months.
The partnership brings the two most successful names in Philadelphia’s spirits scene together as Grasse is working with Cassell, a co-founder of Philadelphia Distilling and master distiller of Ireland’s Connacht Whiskey Co.
